The property owner's caretaker, Maureen, was very friendly and helpful. She provided good tips during our stay and was easy to reach whenever needed. I also liked that they have scooters onsite available for rent with good pricing and free filtered water is provided to refill water bottles. I would stay here again.

The property is non-smoking and is set a few steps from Agoho Beach. Beautiful cottages, the kitchen area was great for socialising, and inside very clean. Cottages very well netted against mosquitoes and we felt very safe from unwanted guests despite being amongst grass and trees. Owner immensely friendly and helpful - she really made our stay special

We loved the lounge bed. The aircon worked well and was sufficient to keep the unit cool. We enjoyed playing badminton/ball in the courtyard and going for a dip in the pool after. Friendly workers and host. We rented a car and found the location close (within 10 minutes drive) to the main town and other interesting attractions. Note the resort also provides free drop off and pick up to restaurants within the town area and airport.

Despite the large space, it feels cosy and homely - family-run vibe, and they are well known by & integrated with the locals, also respecting the local area with their low-key presence. The plant life/jungle feel are wonderful. Beautiful sunset down at the main pool, and a small pool in the villa with complete privacy. Sea view from the bed, wonderful food, great cocktails, everyone so friendly, and when something was needed (sometimes before we could even ask) it was there the next day! If you want to enjoy a little luxury, you CANNOT miss out on Balihao! We WILL be back :)
