With decades of experience as a trekking guide, his vast knowledge and resourcefulness was evident in every interaction. His mastery of professionalism, practicality, good sense and great humour is rare even in 5-star deluxe hotel managers. There are many excellent hotel managers out there, but Dol goes above and beyond what can be learned. He welcomed us not merely as guests, but as friends, and he made us feel like our comfort and well-being were among his highest priorities. His genuine care helped make our our stay a memorable journey of discovery and delight. Dol's wisdom and generous spirit provided not only exceptional service but also an inspiring reminder of the beauty of human connection. I am glad that I stayed in this hotel. It has a great location, on a quiet street. The hotel has a good breakfast, and there is a cafe in the lobby where you can have a delicious coffee with dessert. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, I slept well. The hotel has a responsive and polite staff. The hotel manager was very helpful, he walked me to the bus stop in the morning, helped me find the bus stop to Pokhara, as it is located in an unclear place. I am very grateful to him for his help. I definitely recommend this hotel. If my path lies through Kathmandu, I will only stay at this hotel.
