We had Sri Lankan breakfast and the lunch the lodge packed for our safari was a lovely curry. The evening meal was delicious too. The family is so kind and you feel very well looked after. They booked our safari, which was fantastic and we saw 2 leopards, elephants and a sloth bear as well as many more birds and animals. I'd recommend the village walk which the lovely sons took us on. We picked fruit and learned lots about the countryside. Also, book a night safari with the lodge. We had an amazing night and the whole family came with us in the jeep. They were great at spotting animals and the driver got us really close. We saw civits, fishing cats, a jackal, jungle cat and mouse deer. Overall, our stay was the highlight of our holiday.

Such an amazing start to our Sri Lanka trip - dinners are so good here!! Different meal served each night. On the first night we had a selection of authentic Sri Lankan curry and rice that was incredible. The pool area is clean, relaxing and the rooms are big and clean. Hotel manager and all staff are very accommodating providing everything we need including bicycles which were a great way to explore the area.

Really cool tree house rooms on the peninsula. The host and cook is amazing and he makes delicious meals. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom is partially open air which was really cool. The hammocks and tables made it a peaceful haven. The pool was still being made when I went but it will be a really nice addition. I highly recommend this place.

The property provides lagoon views. We had a great time…. The place is just amazing.. We wanted to spend a few days to have a rest before another exploring of Sri Lanka… You have to take a boat (5 min) to get to the beach - very good spot for kiting…. We travel with our 8 years old son, so spent couple nice days at the beach. Room was spacious and clean… our special thanks is to Ansalis and Madushan who took an extraordinary care of us and made our stay unforgettable. Bur the whole staff was very friendly and helpful with anything…. THANK YOU 😃
