When they knew that at the airport my suitcase had been misplaced, they immediately tried to help me as much as possible. Caring people who take great care of their hostel and their guests! :) No better place to stay in Colombo!

The service throughout our stay was excellent — friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome. The highlight for us was definitely the buffet restaurant. Both breakfast and dinner were incredible! The food quality was top-notch — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Even though I'm not usually a dessert person, I have to say the desserts were outstanding. The sushi was also very good! The kids club was fantastic and kept the little ones entertained. We also enjoyed the well-equipped gym, and the pool area is just stunning — amazing view and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a luxury experience in the city!
