This was my first time staying at this hotel, but I was very satisfied with the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the room. I was very happy with Nina’s kindness.

Nice remodelled property, rooms were clean, ac worked great, plenty of space. The location is great for walking to the main break as well as restaurants nearby. If you need anything (tuktuk/scooter rental, taxi etc) the owners are very happy to help coordinate. The owners are very kind and happy to include you in their local card/board games! Would recommend 👍

One of the best accommodations we had in Sri Lanka. We stayed there for 2 nights but were really sorry we didn't stay longer in the end. The rooms are perfect for someone who wants to enjoy Arugam bay, stay close to all cafes, restaurants, as well as the beach, and still wants some comfort. The accommodation is located on the main street in Arugam Bay but somehow still closed off enough that it remains peaceful. The rooms were clean, bathroom and shower amazing, beds veeeery comfortable and the AC perfect. The curtains keep the light out really well which is great if you like to sleep in in the morning. The hosts are very kind and were constantly asking if we have everything we need. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Arugam Bay!

Contando con vista a la alberca, Gal Oya Lake Club en Paraganakele cuenta con hospedaje, una alberca al aire libre, un gimnasio, un jardín, una terraza y un restaurante. VERY well maintained property, gorgeous gardens, lovely pools, and the accommodations were spectacular. The food was delicious and lots of choice. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

El lugar es increíble, las cabañas son maravillosas y todo esta muy limpio y cuidado. Primera linea de playa y con un restaurante magnífico. Anna, Nicola y todo su equipo son unos anfitriones excepcionales. Nos ayudaron con el Safari, los transportes y nos ayudaron en nuestro viaje. ¡El desayuno riquísimo, las pizzas, la pasta y el café!. Una experiencia perfecta. Lo recomiendo 100%

Excellent location - 20 meters to the beach, the Main Street with all caffès and shops. 15 min driving to Peanut Farm - the starting point for beginners in surfing. Banana Cafe is just next to the hotel and has very nice food and drinks. Mohammed is very friendly, he gave us delicious cakes, arranged surfing classes for us, always helped us with everything we need. Other staff were also very helpful. The room was clean, has good AC, the bed was comfy. We really enjoyed staying at Lucky Bay.

Wonderful property and host! Iqbal and his staff were so warm and welcoming! They went above and beyond making sure I felt comfortable and enjoyed my stay! I was welcomed with delicious pineapple juice and a pastry. I ended extending my stay because it was such a warm and cozy place to spend a few days at the beach. Beach access is a few meters away. Iqbal also arranged surf lessons to peanut farm and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Best surf coach I’ve ever had! The room was very clean and spacious with hangers for wet clothes and storage. The hammocks outside each room are a very nice touch and relaxing. Each morning, the breakfast was very good and tasty! Lots of fresh fruit! Whatever you need, Iqbal and his team will take care of. Had a lot of nice chats with Iqbal. He will be missed! Wish I could stay for longer. Will definitely be back to this cozy piece of paradise.

We are a family of 4 with kids of 8 and 9 yo We almost cancelled our time in arugam bay… everyone was saying the weather would nt be good this time of year etc. we are glad we listen to the owners of the hotel and decided to stick to our plan! The place is awsome. The rooms we so nice. With everything you need. The swimming pool is really good too Just steps away from a private beach where we were the only ones. The restaurant serves delicious food and the staff was really good. The owners helped us with safari tours in the near by park and some surf lessons and rentals The yoga class was also really nice We had amaizing weather. And a even better time! Met some great peopler there and we were sad to leave!

Situado en Arugam Bay, a 4 minutos a pie de Arugam Bay Beach, Starfish Cabbana cuenta con hospedaje con un jardín, estacionamiento privado de cortesía y una terraza. Está cerca del final de la calle principal de Arugam bay pero no se escucha ningún ruido. También está cerca de Main Point donde puedes ir caminando con la tabla. Para mi fue una buena experiencia porque hubieron días sin olas y Tarry me acompaña a hacer un fuera de ruta donde vimos elegantes y cocodrilos 🐊 también me llevó a un templo budista en medio de la naturaleza donde sentí mucha paz y conexión. Gracias 😇
