From the moment when I booked, I received plenty of information not just about the property, but also the neighbourhood, security, the city, walking and driving distances, car rental, and many other issues. If I asked questions, I received a prompt answer. The hosts welcomed me, and I enjoyed much independence during the stay. This is a spacious and well-maintained property with AC in the bedroom (though not in the living room). I do not use TV much, but the one in the living room is state of art with channels from around the world. It is possible to walk to the next, very big supermarket and some restaurants, or take a bus to the city centre. The views from Beacon Hill are magnificent.

Beautiful big deck with a gorgeous panorama view over Basseterre and the sea. The apartment was very well appointed with everything a traveller needs. Quiet location, car is recommended, but a short ride to Basseterre center and Frigate Bay. On top of the great apartment, Seanna was a beyond excellent host. She is truly a treasure, and I feel very fortunate to have had her as our host. She patiently answered my (many) questions. She made excellent recommendations, and assisted us when needed. Don’t hesitate booking this accommodation. You will be in good hands!

Cleaning service was on point. Thr grounds wete beautiful and well kept. Staff were eager and willing to accomdate.. If ever I have to visit St Kitts again I will stay at Royal.

Guests can enjoy American dishes at the restaurant or have a cocktail at the bar. It is small cute guest house with independent rooms. For example, my room had its own bathroom with hot water. Not all hotels in the Caribbean have hot water :) There was air-conditioning and a fridge. The personnel were extremely welcoming and pleasant. The location is very central; as a matter of fact, it cannot be more central than this - the hotel is right next to the port, cafes and eateries and supermarkets, and the historical centre. There is a bar and a kitchen in the lobby. I deffo recommend this place :)
