Their staff is always at your disposal and ready to help. We had an amazing stay and were really happy with everything (room, shower, balcony view, heating, breakfast, dinner). I cannot recommend it enough. On our day of departure, we had some issues with our rental company. Muhammad spent a lot of time with us calling everybody left and right. He did not have to do any of that which shows his hospitality for which we are eternally grateful. If we ever come back to Jordan, a stay at the Infinity Lodge is inevitable.

Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hospitality was truly exceptional — Ahmad and Ammar were both superb and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Like most hotels in Petra, there is no lift, but there’s really no need to worry — the stairs are few and easy to manage, and Ammar is always ready to help carry your bags upstairs with a smile. Highly recommend this hotel for its warmth, service, and great location!
