Borgo San Luigi is the perfect location to enjoy a unique holiday, where you can participate in a cooking school or English-language school. Despite the high expectations we had based on the pictures, this place managed to exceed them. This place is heaven on Earth! No better place to rest and relax. Impeccable service and food as well. The only disappointing thing for us was that we booked only one night. We wanted to stay there for longer and are definitely coming back.

If you are looking for a weekend gateaway it is a perfect choice. Everything is how it is shown on the photos. The owner left us a homemade cake and a bottle of wine which was a perfect touch.

Situated in Casole dʼElsa, in a historic building, 21 km from Piazza del Campo, Villa Mucellena is a recently renovated aparthotel with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and open-air bath. The property has garden and inner courtyard views, and is 49 km from Piazza Matteotti. The aparthotel also features free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. We certainly enjoyed our stay. The Villa is located pretty far away from Tuscan towns, people, up on the hill - which is perfect for a quiet, peaceful stay. You can enjoy your morning coffee with a fresh cornetto, then sunbathe and swim in the pool which is of appropriate size. No crowds in common areas, just a bunch of families and couples enjoying their peaceful vacations. The Villa is located a 30 minute drive from nearest towns which are full of great restaurant and cafes. On Saturday we were offered dinner cooked by the owner, it was delicious and we highly recommend this experience. Location is great for people wanting to unwind and visit a couple of Tuscan towns. Not that great for somebody wanting to sightsee all of them. There are multiple rest areas through the villa and its gardens, you can find a nice spot anywhere you’d like.
