Even with rainy weather we could just sit and look out over the village as the apartment is at the top of the village, but it’s only a few minutes walk down to the centre of town. Nice layout of the apartment, large shower, kitchen was a great size and great views from the kitchen/dining and also the bedroom. Loved the homemade tarts that the host left for us - very delicious! Was great to be able to park just in front of the apartment also.

The evening menu was a 4 course set menu, but the staff did their best to accommodate gluten-free requirements. We did not find it difficult to find the castle as some other reviews have said.
