The property features city and quiet street views, and is 41 km from Campo Imperatore. The apartment has family rooms. We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly recommend this first floor apartment. It is in an ideal location just off the Piazza Santa Margherita in the old town and only a short walk to shops and restaurants. It's well designed, immaculately clean and well equipped and has a large terrace for outdoor dining. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are cool in hot weather. Breakfast vouchers are provided for coffee and croissants at 3 local bars. We enjoyed the Bar Tropical just round the corner. Communication was excellent throughout our stay and our hosts Francesca and Mariassunta were amazing, very helpful and friendly, we will certainly return.

The location is superb, a minute from the Duomo and all things to see in the town. The view is beautiful from every window. The entire apartment is done with great taste and with the traveler's need in mind. Clean, clean clean. I love the towels too. Very spacious and bright. I loved opening all the windows in the morning and taking in the fresh air and the sunrise. Even enjoyed the little office space where I sent my emails from and the little balcony to rest.

Andrea was a fabulous host from checking in and showing us the facilities and giving us a lot of good tips on what to see and places to eat. He gave us the choice of rooms as we were the only guests that evening and we chose the front room. He did warn us it was the noisiest though as it faced the street but we preferred to have the bathroom inside the room. The other rooms have a bathroom across the corridor which is not shared but for convenience we chose the room with the bathroom inside. The property is well situated and close to all attractions. We got a park right outside and did drive to a couple of places but that was more to save time as we checked in quite late after a long drive. The property was clean and comfortable. The shower was quite large by Italian standards and lovely and hot with great water pressure.
