Not sure what other types of rooms are there, but ocean view is really worth it, it is breathtaking. Amazing modern, clean room, everything super comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best and most varied throughout our ring road trip. Really nice staff.

Hótel Gerpir cuenta con WiFi gratis en toda la propiedad y habitaciones con aire acondicionado en Neskaupstaður. La localización era muy buena. Las instalaciones eran nuevas pero parece que estan inacabadas. Por ejemplo, en una de las habitaciones estaba todo preparado para colgarla pero no había TV. También la ducha era pequeña, pero en general todo está muy nuevo y el desayuno estaba bien

Establecido en Egilsstadir, a 5.8 km de Hengifoss y a 45 km de Kirkjufoss, Hengifosslodge Tiny Houses ofrece hospedaje con WiFi gratis, una zona de playa privada, balcón y acceso al jardín. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about our stay in the Hengifoss lodge. It's a dream to stay here. Once entered you're greeted by the warm smell of ember caused by the wood that was used to make this house. The colours and the layout of the room is incredibly cosy. The fireplace keeps the house (almost too) warm, and the window + terrace give an exceptional view over the lake and mountains. The hosts are also amazing and gave us the feeling that we're not only welcome, but also that they really understand why we chose to go to Iceland. We asked for help with our fireplace and the host, Isabelle, came to the rescue. She tried to help us to lit a fire but to no avail. We did however have a really good conversation. However when she left, we were content enough. Yet still she knocked on the door and winked us to come over. She told us enthusiastically that the Northern Lights were dancing and fully visible, we had to come outside! The next morning it was kind of raining, a little bit. But the sun was also shining through the clouds. The husband, Steff, called me when I was standing on the terrace. He said: "There is a rainbow there!" and pointed towards slightly behind the house I was standing in front of. I walked to the side and indeed saw a beautiful rainbow. This might not say much to other people wanting to stay there. But to me it feels like these people have such a connection with Iceland, its beauty and understand that we are there for the same connection, they told us to look at beautiful views which Iceland offers, and we were delighted to follow their guidance. Thank you Isabelle and Steff, for the warm welcome. Whenever we're in Iceland and planning to go near Eggs, we will definitely make use of your beautiful little houses.

Hengifosslodge Skáldahús tiene vista al lago, WiFi gratis, estacionamiento privado de cortesía, y está establecido en Egilsstadir, a 5.9 km de Hengifoss. Hermoso complejo. Hermoso lugar para ver auroras! Nos avisaron cuando estaban. No hay tanta luz en el complejo asiq es espectacular para eso. Camas cómodas. La vista increíble.

Greystone summerhouse cuenta con vista a la montaña, WiFi gratis, estacionamiento privado de cortesía, y está ubicado en Egilsstadir, a 37 km de Hengifoss. Esta cabaña es hermosa, súper cómoda! Tiene todo lo necesario, ubicada en un espacio abierto que posibilita ver auroras. La recomiendo!
