Breakfast 10 out of 10 and the location is close to everything a few minutes from the water few minutes from the cable card easy place to take a taxi to anywhere very clean room and all the staffs were helpful answering any questions we had. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I return to Batumi.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They had anything you might need. I would definitely recommend visiting the terrace on the roof. It's a bit far from the coast and centre (20 minutes walk), however Batumi is a small city and you can get anywhere by taxi (I would recommend bolt) for 3-6 GEL. Also, it's near the road so cars are too loud at night, however the same problem occures in most hotels in Batumi. You can keep the balcony closed and use air conditioning, this helps a lot. Best option in this price range.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking mountain views—truly a sight to wake up to every morning. The food was incredible (the hachapuri and soup harcho it’s a must have) and local wine was beyond expectations! What made this stay even more special was the extraordinary service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, especially Roxana made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely come back!
