First of all, a great thanks to Mr Ahmed Galal, Reception Manager, for going above and beyond to ensure we had a superb stay. He even assisted to arrange a birthday surprise and cake. We traveled with our infant daughter and the hotel was great for a family. There were in fact several other families. The hotel is new, clean and hygienic with great facilities. It has access to a beautiful beach. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Some people may find the location a bit difficult, but this was a point which worked in our favour because the environment was very calm and relaxing. The staff was generally very responsive to requests.

Dinner meals are very good, in which seating is on the floor, we also enjoyed this cultural experience. The local breakfast was fresh and delicious, a perfect start to each day. Mohammed is one of those rare hosts who genuinely cares about his guests and takes pride in making their stay special. If I had more cash on me, I would have tipped him generously — he truly deserves it. I hope the owner knows what a gem they have with him. Helal and Shamiaa provide us with any information we asked for and organized two beautiful trips around Siwa. Ibrahim was an exceptional tuk-tuk driver that was even babysitting our child when we were exploring the mountain of dead. Meals we had were very tasteful and prepared with love. The room was spacious and the aircon was fully functional. You can rest in the garden and enjoy forever at this beautiful place. You'll definitely want to extend your stay once you get there.
