In general the atmosphere was brilliant, thank you so much for all the hardworking people from gardeners, to bikes maintenance, restaurant staff, housekeeping, lifeguards, reception, management - all of you made us feel taken care of and welcomed! Special thanks to Mr. Haitham from management, we will definitely come back the next holiday.

The check-in process was seamless, with the receptionist providing all necessary information in a calm and professional manner. We opted for a family room with an all-inclusive package, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with a fridge stocked daily with water and beverages. The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring comfort throughout our stay. One of the biggest highlights was the food quality. Each day offered a variety of fresh and flavorful options, with excellent dishes served at the main restaurants as well as by the pool and beach. From authentic pizza and sandwiches to sweet treats and snacks, everything was top-notch. The drinks were equally impressive—no watered-down cocktails here! Generous pours of quality alcohol, great coffee, and fantastic wine reflected the resort’s dedication to excellence. The resort itself feels like a picturesque village, full of serene corners to relax and lively areas for entertainment. Multiple pools, beautiful hidden spots, and a well-thought-out layout make it an ideal destination for those looking to unwind. If there’s one thing that truly sets Gemma Resort apart, it’s the staff. They treat guests as people, not as walking ATMs—something truly priceless. There’s no sense of obligation to tip, yet their service is so genuine that we felt happy to do so at the end of our stay. Their warmth and professionalism made our experience even more special. During our visit in mid-February, the resort was peaceful, not overcrowded, and the weather was pleasant, albeit a bit windy at times. We noticed that many guests were returning visitors, mostly from Italy (about 90%). Gemma Resort exceeded all expectations, offering top-tier hospitality, fantastic food, and a relaxing environment.

All air-conditioned rooms at Elphistone feature a balcony overlooking the Red Sea and the pool. Each offers a satellite TV, a minibar and a desk. A shower and a bath are fitted in the bathroom. Rooms were clean and cozy. Staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful, the food was great 👍 beach was clean, and the sea had a fantastic coral reef where you can go snorkeling or diving.

Pickalbatros The Palace Port Ghalib Resort provides rooms and suites fitted with modern furnishings and tastefully decorated in the local décor. All units have a balcony which overlooks the Red Sea, the pool, gardens, or Port Ghalib International Marina. It’s our first time and it was really worth it. The food was as expected in a buffet with a lot of choices. Tagine and cardamome restaurants were excellent. We specially liked the safari tour which I highly recommend. The dinner and the show at the desert were superbe.

The resort is gigantic, but they do have gold cars to get you around, and they are available with very kind drivers. They have 3 beaches. Two of them are rocky but you fo enjoy the sea life where you can see a lot of fish and sea creatures. I would like to thank Mr. Mostafa Osman, who made our stay special and did all his efforts to make us enjoy the stay

Sentido Reef Oasis Suakin Resort features a private beach area, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Marsa Alam City. With a garden, the 5-star resort has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. There is free private parking and the property offers free airport shuttle service. The accommodation was truly stunning. We got upgraded to a premium room and the room was huge and the beds were extremely comfortable. There was a large TV and great WiFi. (The TV didn’t connect to the internet properly for apps but we just watched the channels). The shower was a huge rain shower. There was a terrace which had lovely views of the sunrise. The food selection in the restaurants was amazing. The drinks and the cocktails were also great. There were 10 or so pools which were all great. The beach was also lovely and there was an area for snorkelling. The hotel is not quite finished so not everything was open yet, but what’s open already was more than fine. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. When we arrived it was just before the end of lunchtime, and they took us straight to one of the restaurants on a golf cart so that we could eat before we got to our room. We got food poisoning shortly after arriving here (not sure from where) but the staff arranged free transfer to the next resort over where we went to the doctor and the driver waited for us for almost two hours when we were receiving care. (I think there will be a clinic on site but this hadn’t opened yet)

Excellent all-inclusive selection at meals, and some lovely restaurant options that are also included. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times, and more than willing to stop and chat. Good selection of pools and immediate access to a nice beach area, with a diving centre and house reef that we took advantage of with a scuba diving session which was a highlight of our trip. Overall great value for money, especially when considering the meals and the fact that alcohol is included in the all-inclusive price.

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very kind & helpful! Well organized and the view from terrace is 👍👍👍
