The hotel was excellent. It exceeded my expectations, looked luxurious, and appeared to have been recently renovated. The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was spacious. Both dinner and breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. The pool and sauna area were clean and well-equipped. I also enjoyed the harpist's concert in the evening. Compared to the Hotel Pacifik, where the atmosphere was not that relaxing and your plates seemed to be checked, this hotel was a true gem. ;-)

The three-and-a-half-star Hotel Ontario has a 150-year tradition and boasts a unique and quiet location above the famous Mill Colonnade, right in the center of Karlovy Vary. Irina, receptionist, took all my luggage in for me. She was very helpful and kind. The room was very spacious! Everything was clean. Free parking was a definite plus.

El Spa & Wellness Hotel Olympia está situado en el centro de Mariánské Lázně, muy cerca de los bosques, balnearios y aguas termales curativas. Everything! It was exactly what I wanted, a clean, quiet hotel with good facilities. The staff were all very professional and friendly too. Excellent value for money, having the pool and sauna was a real bonus. I had two massages in the spa and they were both very good. There was a nice atmosphere in the hotel, the other guests were friendly and polite, which is important for me travelling solo. It is also in a good location, quiet but near the Singing Fountain and the Collonade.
