Ana was very friendly and helpful. I was very early arriving and they looked after my bags at reception before I checked in while I went out in a trip. I was going to get back late from my trip and just to be on the safe side they took my bags up to my room for me and stayed in touch with me with assistance in case I missed the front desk. They were so friendly and very helpful. The location was excellent and convenient for the sites of the old down. It was easy to reach by public transport from the main railway station. The room and bathroom were huge and really nice with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was lovely with excellent choices. It was an absolute bargain aswell.
