Location was great to get to Minca and Tayrona (7min walk to the public market to catch a bus to either location)

Situado en Zaino, a 5 minutos a pie de Castilletes Beach, Zirwa Hotel Boutique - Dentro del Parque Tayrona cuenta con hospedaje con un jardín, estacionamiento privado de cortesía y un restaurante. We arrived late afternoon which meant our room was ready straight away. The hotel were helpful in advance letting us of the park entrance ticket booth closing time which meant we arrived before closing time (5pm). The hotel is beautiful, the views are fantastic and the sky was clear both nights we were there which meant we could stargaze from our terrace. It was super quiet and peaceful. Right by one of the main entrances to the park, easy to find and very easy to start our hike into the park early in the morning. They have a pingpong table and board games in the dining room which were fun to play in the evenings too. We will be back!

Establecido en Minca, a 23 km de Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino, Hotel El Santuario ofrece hospedaje con una alberca al aire libre, estacionamiento privado de cortesía, un jardín y una terraza. El Santuario was the perfect home base for exploring Minca! Nora and José Luis have obviously put a lot of love into their hotel- they were exceptionally kind and provided us with everything we needed during our stay. We split three rooms between 5 friends, which was totally comfortable for us. We started every morning taking in the stunning views while enjoying a delicious home cooked breakfast- the birdwatching is unparalleled to any place I’ve visited before! It’s a quick 10 minute drive to the center of Minca- we had a car, but the hotel will happily arrange a mototaxi for you, which I took advantage of as i chose to stay an extra night after my travel mates departed. We ended our evenings using the ample common areas to sip tequila and reflect on our adventures. The evenings were cool enough that we wouldn’t have used a/c even if it was available. Of course there are some bugs, but what else would you expect staying in a rustic town in the middle of the jungle?? Other reviewers noting this as a con are obviously unused to accommodations that strive to be as ecologically mindful as possible to their natural environments. This place is a real gem, located about 20 minutes by car from Minca. We are a family of four and absolutely loved our stay. Everything was excellent—especially the warm welcome we received from the staff, who made us feel right at home. The property grounds are beautiful, filled with lush nature and vibrant flowers, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The pool was excellent and perfect for cooling off, and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts, which included fresh fruits and delicious typical Colombian dishes. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely go back.
