All of them smart and helpful. Mauricio and Diego at the reception, Fernando as waiter and handyman, Mari cooking and Marina cleaning the rooms. They organise tours for you.

The hosts are very kind and welcoming and helpful despite the language barrier in my case. It’s located on the road to the Tatacoa Desert so you can easily get a tuk tuk to pick you up from the hostel to go. A small 6 minute walk to the VillaVieja city center. Had a great stay would definitely recommend!

The kind attention l got from Mrs Patricia, she is very nice explaining the property, l got the apartment l was expecting, love the views from the mountains, has lots of natural light and no mosquitoes going into the apartment, has additional rooms and beds that can accommodate more people, like the kitchen and the main room was spacious. In general l like it a lot. It’s a new apartment complex with private security it made you feel safer in. In general great attention and service from everyone there.

Mirador Valle de la Tatacoa in Villavieja features a garden and a terrace. There is an on-site restaurant and free private parking. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. The pillows were comfortable and I had a great sleep. I also liked that the property is a little more isolated than some others, they were kind enough to turn off the lights so we could view the starry sky. Breakfast was delicious.

Only problem is the noise coming from the water pump that is interrupting the silence of the place which can be problematic with people with more sensitive sleep
