Each of us had our own cabin, and they were just what we needed spacious , comfortable, and open to the lush surroundings. The sounds of the ocean and the songs of the birds drifted in naturally. We especially loved reading in the hammocks just outside the cabins on the balconies, swaying gently in the afternoon breeze. The location is also perfect, just a stone’s throw from the beach, and close enough to town that we could walk in for lunch or dinner, but far enough that it still felt like a world of its own. Like being in a town away from the town. Our stay at Cabañas Iracas del Mar was more than just a holiday it felt like a journey into the heart of Nuquí’s natural beauty and the deep, quiet generosity of its people. If you’re looking for a place that offers both solitude and connection, peaceful rest and enriching excursions, this is a destination that truly has it all.

I loved my stay in retoño, a little paradise in front of the ocean, run by some of the kindest people I’ve met. I had an unforgettable 2 days in there and they can cook an amazing vegetarian meals, there are filtered water as well.

We did a tour to Utria National park. My expectation was entering the jungle with a nature guide to look for local animals. Instead we went on a beach tour. So be sure you explaine correctly what you expect to get the right tour. The other morning we went alone on a little path behind the hotel and managed to see a group of monkeys. So there are wild animals around. For the locals they are just so normal, they don't mention them. Among the local birds are also eagles. Same thing, locals won't mention them as special, as the are regularly seen.

You were with family. Willie and his family were great to stay with! He had great insight on the area and things to do. Places to see. Breakfast was great in the mornings as we hung out on the balcony. Loved the hammock!! Wifi was great as long as the power was on. It’s in a rural quieter part of capurgana. You definitely get the authentic Colombian experience. We enjoyed are week stay:) I’m gonna miss it and look forward to a return visit:)

Situado en Bahía Solano y a 14 minutos a pie de El Almejal Beach, Posada Los Palitos tiene una terraza, habitaciones para no fumadores y WiFi gratis. A needed a Hotel because my flight got cancelled. Posada los Palitos was really uncomplicated, it is right in the center, the room nice and clean. The staff is really nice and also made me extra breakfast because I had to leave early for my flight the next day.

Solana Mar y Selva Boutique ofrece hospedaje en Bahía Solano. En el hotel, las habitaciones incluyen una terraza. Food was great, location just awesome. Mar y Selva !

Con un jardín, Posada Nore, Nuquí fue establecido en Arusí, y también dispone de una zona de playa privada y una terraza. La casa de huéspedes tiene habitaciones familiares. Nore and Hernan were lovely hosts! Excellent value for money. Arusi's virgin beaches and remote idyllic seclusion were a dream.
