There where already 2 bottles of water provided. The breakfast was small but more then enough to start the day. The service was excellent. Even though they did not speak English very well. They made sure we could communicate. Arranging a taxi whenever we needed it. The location was amazing. Close to the metro station and only a few minutes by taxi away from the populair district El Poblado.

The property is non-smoking and is located 500 metres from El Poblado Park. We liked the smart hotel concept, 'Alexa' voice system work well. The room was well equipped, nice and clean. The breakfast was also good and fast served for us. The location was close to everything that we wanted to visit and there was a big shopping mall nearby too.

There are some grills in the room that leak noise from the hallway to the room, and probably those are there in order to comply to regulations (having a kitchenette inside the room and allow for ventilation)
