During free time, they would share thoughts about the place, the people and your experiences. During my last few days, they also helped me to book a train ticket going to Xiamen for my next destination. The secret of a genuine service is the heart and the willingness to help others and for me they were very much willing to help in all aspects. Special thanks to Jason for picking me up from the airport and assisted me to go subway for my next trip. If I'll go back to Hangzhou, I will definitely stay at Hangzhou Citynest Music B&B again just give me more discounts, just joking. Thank you and more powers!

I like the bed..so comfy, the big miror outside the bathroom makes us could do a make up properly with the good lighting. The room quite spacious..very clean and neat. The staff very helpfull and informative. The location was good, nearby there is some resto and mini market. Next time will stay at this hotel if I visit Hangzhou.

I had such a great time staying at this place! The owner of the apartment is extremely friendly and welcoming, the room is clean and bright, had all necessary equipment, overall felt really comfortable staying here, which is very precious, especially for a solo-traveling woman. The location of the apartment is also very convenient, the neighborhood is pretty nice and quiet, subway station is in a walkable distance and there are a lot of convenient stores and a mall nearby. I would definitely recommend to stay there:)

Everything was great. Pleasant and clean room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
