The staff was realy good, especially for Sara, she was so very kind to us when the first time we arrive at hostel, she arrange our room and explain all the facilities to us. We like all the facilities espesially the kitchen, we saw everybody cook and eat together in the same room. It was so warm. The room it's so great with mointain view. This is recomended for family travelling.

This place is magical! The apartment is so gorgeous and had the most beautiful view of the lake, we didn’t wanted to leave haha. We even dine in a few nights because our view was better than some of the restaurants. It is a little bit tricky that you cannot leave your luggage or do an early check in if you are arriving early, but the option of renting a locker for 5CHF for 24hours was not bad at all. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here; thanks for the perfect stay!

One added bonus was the spacious and free parking available right at the property, which made things even more convenient for us as we were traveling by car. Eva was a fantastic host—very helpful and supportive whenever we needed assistance. Her hospitality made our experience even more special.
