Situated in the centre of Grindelwald, a 5-minute walk from Grindelwald Train Station, the sports centre, and the First Cable Car, Hotel Hirschen offers free WiFi and a restaurant serving cheese fondue, raclette and tarte flambée. It also features a new spa area. The owner and his wonderful staff (especially Samira) were so kind and offered excellent customer service. The rooms were huge and the view was spectacular. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. I highly recommend this 5th generation hotel!

Modern guestrooms are decorated in light colours with patterned fabrics; all include satellite televisions and balconies and free WiFi. Staff was helpful and professional, room was very clean.
