Sitting on our balcony watching the moon rise over the mountains was a highlight of our trip. The staff were so friendly and they let us borrow a converter for our charger. The breakfast was delicious.

Love the Swiss look off the property. And the view, the view was stunning ( village and mountains). The rooms aren’t anything special, but it is clean and has everything you need. The location is perfect, just across from Interlaken West train station. Our room had a balcony with stunning views of the mountains. The staff is wonderful—friendly, multilingual, and very accommodating. Breakfast is included and delicious. Plus, there's 24/7 access to coffee, tea, and fresh water from a machine at the reception. There's nothing to complain about; it was a fantastic stay!
