The suite , with two rooms and two bathrooms was very big, modern , clean and comfortable. The staff at the reception friendly and helpful and the location on lake Moore is amazing. We made the most of the beach using the paddle boards and canoes and the BBQ facilities and had a lovely dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was lovely. Tastefully decorated in the appropriate historical style. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating in English and French. Our dinner at the restaurant exceeded expectations and the wait staff and sommelier were wonderfully engaging, friendly and knowledgeable. The outdoor heated pool was great as were the sauna and steam - rolling in the snow and jumping back in the pool were icing on the cake. It is pricey but worth it.

The rooms are simple and clean, the water pressure and hot water is ample and the included breakfast and coffee were delicious. I recommend the restaurant for dinner as well. It was our first night in the region and the owners were generous with information and made us feel like we were staying with friends.

We had an impression that the hosts have furnished it for their own use, rather than for renting. Everything is working, convenient, and in the right place. The space is used intelligently. The design is cosy.
