The staff were really kind with us. The location is really good, we arrived to Innsbruck by train and then walk around 14minutes to the place, really easy and beautiful way to get there

On-site parking and WiFi are available for free. I love family hotels/guesthouses! This one is easily one of the best we've stayed at. Great breakfast, they have pretty much all you need (scrambled eggs included). Small shared kitchenette is a lovely touch, didn't expect it 👍 In common area there's a TV with PS4 and NES - was a great opportunity to introduce my daugther to retro gaming 😎 Higly recommend this place, we loved our 3 nights here
