We got upgraded to one of the suites and it was lovely! It was basically an apartment with a kitchenette, a little living room, a bedroom and a shower. It also had a little terrace in front. Loved how there were well kept flowers too. The bed was okay, not supercomfortable but also not too bad. The bathroom was clean and spacious enough. The hosts are very lovely and kind people. I also appreciate them not barging in or bothering us cuz we checked out a bit later. The breakfast was good! Loved it! It was great value for money, I recommend.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, especially the front desk stuff , Eddy who was always willing to assist with any questions or needs. The hotel stuff will greet you with a warm welcoming smile throughout your stay ! The room was modern , clean and comfortable, with a well-maintained bathroom and a cozy bed. The location is up hill with a beautiful sea views . We used the complimentary transportation to the city centre with many shops bars and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Prime Location: Located a few steps from Ksamil Beach 9, the hotel is highly rated for its family-friendly atmosphere, beach access, and scenic views. Nearby attractions include the Blue Eye and Butrint National Park. Staff were amazing . Room clean and always made our bed up and helped with washing . Breakfast was awesome . Great location . It was on the top floor with a balcony and a walk-in closet. The room was very big. We were welcomed with a fruit platter and two glasses of wine to celebrate our anniversary. We loved this little extra touch from the staff! We enjoyed the outdoor pool and private beach very much. Thank you for an amazing experience!
