Gwango Heritage Resort is a magical place where for us everything was perfect: spacious and very clean room with a huge shower cubicle, very friendly staff, delicious food and last but not least, all the animals we saw during our stay there: more than a hundred elephants in one day, a leopard, the African kangaroos, antelopes... Very reliable in organising the transfers and trips. we really enjoyed all the safaris and the visit at the far to learn how they provide fresh food for the guests and the whole concept of supporting local people is amazing One of the highlights was, of course, the elephants drinking water from the swimming pool...

    This was a one night stopover on the way back to Bulawayo. In that context, it's acceptable for one night. For what you get, it's not great value for money. The breakfast was quite good and the dinner was reasonable. It's a quiet, peaceful location
