I was only able to stay at this hotel for one night due to my own poor planning, but I really wish I could have stayed longer. The rooms were clean, modern, and had all the amenities you’d need for a comfortable stay. The hotel is also in a super convenient location, surrounded by great coffee shops and just a short walk to the Perfume River. What really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. I want to give a special shoutout to the front desk team, especially Lâm and N.Anh. From check-in to check-out, Lâm and N.Anh were warm, attentive, genuinely so helpful and very patient with my many questions! They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Even though my stay was so short, they made it feel personal and welcoming. You can tell the staff here really do care about guests having a comfortable, seamless experience, and I really appreciated that. I’ll definitely be back here for a longer stay in Hue, and I hope the hotel knows what a gem they have in their staff!!

Tuyen and her family were lovely hosts. They made us feel so welcome. We enjoyed chatting with them and spending time. Tuyen arranged a couple of bicycles for us to hire from a local shop which were just right for cycling around Hue. We had our laundry done in a day too. Thanks so much Tuyen 🥰

Nice homestay close to the center. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. They provided plenty of information on what to do in Hue, and they were always available to help with any questions. Our room (on the third floor) was clean and quiet, and the many stairs provided a daily workout ;). If you opt to include breakfast, you have an elaborate choice, from pancakes over eggs to banh mi and fresh juices - all really nice.

I only stayed one night, but it was very nice and the host is super kind and helpful!! The location was perfect for me, since I wanted to be in a more quiet area and also close to the many cultural sites. I really recommend you to go to Vong Canh Hill at the Sunset, you will enjoy the best view on the river, mountains and also the city!

It’s a new hotel so everything is clean and comfy. The mattresses are very comfy, the breakfast is basic but good (you can chose from a long list of options which plate you want and you have some fruits and breads at the buffet). Emma (the receptionist) was super helpful and kind!
