The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Then receptionist Ms Lien & Ms Jenny are very helpful. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. All the staffs were very helpful and friendly. This hotel really at the centre of old quarter. Highly recommended.

The room was nice and spacious, including the restroom. The staff was very friendly, walked us to our room, and made sure everything was working properly. Best location we stayed at in Hanoi. Breakfast was pretty good too they had a selection of things to choose from.
