I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Luxury Hanoi Hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, the service was nothing short of outstanding. The management team, especially Ha and Hung, were incredibly attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout my stay. Their professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly remarkable. They were always available and eager to assist, whether it was booking tours or providing helpful advice for shopping in the area. The staff at the hotel were always on their feet, ready to assist with anything I needed, ensuring a level of service that exceeded my expectations. The room was immaculate—neat, clean, and very comfortable, creating the perfect environment to relax after a busy day of exploring the city. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my stay. The combination of excellent service, a spotless room, and the personal attention provided by Ha, Hung, and the entire team made it a truly unforgettable experience. Newly renovated decorated rooms to a high standard. Comfortable bed, great a/c, good room design and a huge comfortable bathroom! Free breakfast was tasty. Just an inexpensive 5 minute Grab ride from the airport.

A really nice guesthouse with a lovely family. Very affordable and everything was clean. The backyard is very beautiful and relaxing . You’ll stay a little out of the hustle and bustle of Hanoi but can get Grab for a few bucks. It’s a nice local neighbourhood. It’s inbetween the Aiport and Hanoi. So it’s the perfect place to start or end your cycling / motorbike trip. They are used to cyclists and we could store our bikes safely inside the house.

We’ve got an amazing stay there. Easy check in, the house is very nice, the bed is super comfy. Everything was very clean. The host are amazing, they bring us food for dinner, help us booked our taxi for the next day early morning and she get up to wait the taxi with us, super nice!

The manager of the hotel is really helpful. Due to the Chinese president stay in Vietnam, we got stuck in the traffic and nearly missed our flight. We came back to the hotel and the manager took the 2 of us on his motorbike and we were able to reach the airport in 10 minutes and catch our flight. I totally recommend this hotel !
