The owners are amazing people. This is such a comfortable home stay! Clean and new! You have your own space and it feels like a small hotel. The rooms also open onto the relaxing koi pond and shared kitchen space. The bathroom is very clean, fresh and comfortable which is rare for a home stay and especially at this price point! It is a little bit out of Hanoi but it’s nice and quiet and easy to get into the old quarter by car, plus the town around had everything you need with restaurants, shops etc. I will be booking this room every time I visit.

Lovely spacious rooms. Staff were exceptional, super friendly and helpful. Celine shared a huge amount of nearby restaurants and different Vietnamese dishes to try out. The free coffee each morning was delicious too. Location is good, nice quiet street but still close to the busy areas. Would definitely recommend this lovely accommodation if you are visiting Hanoi.

Stay in this hotel was really good experience which met our needs of a clean place with kitchen & comfy beds. Rooms were very clean and we stayed for 4 nights. The property is far from old quarters but we could easily commute around with grab taxis. Close to convince store & cabs were easily available all time. Well maintained interiors & a cozy bedrooms.
