The owners are amazing people. This is such a comfortable home stay! Clean and new! You have your own space and it feels like a small hotel. The rooms also open onto the relaxing koi pond and shared kitchen space. The bathroom is very clean, fresh and comfortable which is rare for a home stay and especially at this price point! It is a little bit out of Hanoi but it’s nice and quiet and easy to get into the old quarter by car, plus the town around had everything you need with restaurants, shops etc. I will be booking this room every time I visit.

The room was clean, comfortable, good value, comfortable bed and very quiet. The staff were very friendly and prepared a delicious breakfast for us. They had a free shuttle from the airport and were very helpful. This was the perfect place to rest after a long journey before we moved on.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Luxury Hanoi Hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, the service was nothing short of outstanding. The management team, especially Ha and Hung, were incredibly attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout my stay. Their professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly remarkable. They were always available and eager to assist, whether it was booking tours or providing helpful advice for shopping in the area. The staff at the hotel were always on their feet, ready to assist with anything I needed, ensuring a level of service that exceeded my expectations. The room was immaculate—neat, clean, and very comfortable, creating the perfect environment to relax after a busy day of exploring the city. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my stay. The combination of excellent service, a spotless room, and the personal attention provided by Ha, Hung, and the entire team made it a truly unforgettable experience. Stay in this hotel was really good experience which met our needs of a clean place with kitchen & comfy beds. Rooms were very clean and we stayed for 4 nights. The property is far from old quarters but we could easily commute around with grab taxis. Close to convince store & cabs were easily available all time. Well maintained interiors & a cozy bedrooms.
