The receptionist was fluent in English and very professional. The room was big enough, comfy, silent, and rich in facilities. Unlike in other hotels, smoking inside is fairly forbidden.
The price was cheap, but we received a luxury treatment. Breakfast was also good. We spent over two weeks in Uzbekistan and this was our best accommodation.

Very good location, free gym, and the staff helps you in any way they can. The quality-price ratio is very good. It is a modest but very decent hotel, and it is clean and has air conditioning.

Location was OK ...... bit far from the town centre to walk, but easy to find. Hotel was substantial and room was quite large and impressive for a standard room. Breakfast was good, but hot food was quite cold - not nice. Staff were friendly and attentive. Nice grounds behind the hotel.

Super helpful staff and a great location. The staff helped with several queries and also organised a car and driver for us at a very good price. They went above and beyond our expectations.
The room was very clean and we even received a pot of tea on arrival. Breakfast buffet had a nice selection.

Very well located in Kokand. Staff were really nice and helpful- English speaking staff were also available. Accomodation was good considering the location- bedroom was very clean and there was a nice terrace.

I was only in Kokand for a night, and just needed a sound place to stay there. My room (ensuite twin I think) was very clean as was the bathroom, the aircon worked very well - which it needed to - and check in and check out was very smooth. Location is very good, although it's about 20 mins to the palace, but less than five from the equally stunning Jume Mosque.

Great room, spacious and comfy. Good common area and responsive hosts. Location is ideal for exploring Kokand on foot. Supermarket right under it with all you might need.
