It was the best decision to book the Chelsea Hotel. On arrival we received a very friendly welcome. The "The Grand" suite that we booked was much nicer and larger in real life than in the pictures. The location in Chelsea was perfect for us. You have everything around and you can quickly get to other parts of the city. We will book the Chesea again on our next visit and have already saved our suite number.

The hotel just has a fabulous location. It was great to be in NYC during the Thanksgiving holiday and be just a block from Saks Fifth Ave, a block from the parade and walking distance to many attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very kind with excellent service, too. The only improvement ı can think of is complimentary coffee at the lıbby in the morning for those who do not have access to the Owners’ lounge.

New facilities, great location just between Little Italy and Chinatown. Super friendly staff! Highly recommended place!!     Room with a view of Manhattan, very peaceful and perfect for an amazing stay. Ideal place to enjoy an American breakfast. There are plenty of outdoor seating areas here. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting New York. It's better than staying in Times Square.

    One of the most spectacular locations I have ever stayed in. Unbelievably convenient for both ferry and bus to Manhattan. Quiet, safe neighbourhood perfect for strolls along the Hudson. Good restaurants. Friendly staff. Good sized rooms.
