The apartment’s location is perfect. It is only 15 minutes by bus from the Port Authority Bus Terminal. It is in a Latino district, that’s why there is a lot of super cheap and super authentic restaurants , breakfast place very near to the apartment. If you are staying there to visit New York and the city , it is perfect for 2-3 people, I really recommend it. The host is super nice and hospitable.

This is a really good place for exploring NY if you are a larger group or family. Three appropriate bedrooms, nice living room. The value you get for the price paid is definitely good. The views from the end of the street on Manhattan are great. There are nice hispanic/latino places nearby for breakfast and dinner as well as supermarkets. Please note some Spanish words might be helpful there. Access to NY Port authority Bus station (and then to Times Square by foot in a few minutes) is easy by bus (15 min) and costs $4 oneway.

Great with nice roof top! New building. Location was only 10 minutes by bus from central bus terminal. Bus stop only few meters away from apartment. Food market only 100m away. Good connection with owner. Washing mascine and dryer in apartment. Clean, only floors were little dirty.

Pros: Excellent location. Redone and modernized historical building. Rooms are spacious (for NYC standards) and the pillows/bed are extremely comfortable. Loved the Marshall speakers available bedside. Restaurant and bar are excellent. Staff is very friendly and attentive.
