We came to NYC for an anniversary trip and could not have chosen a better hotel. Super clean, comfy beds and pillows. Our room had a coffee maker, we requested a tea kettle and they immediately obliged. The location was unbeatable, you're right on the fifth avenue and literally a 10 min walk to all main attractions (MOMA, Times Square, Broadway, Summit One etc.). Subway station is really close too They don't serve breakfast but have so many cute little bakeries and cafes around that you would really want to try those anyway. Elevators are quite fast. The service was wonderful and staff is absolutely fantastic, always helpful, friendly and greeting you with a smile. We loved every minute of out stay. Thank you for making our trip so special.

I loved this hotel! Our room was huge, there was tons of storage available, desk, tables, a sofa - I could easily have lived here for months, so for a week it was luxury. The neighbourhood couldn’t be better, close enough to everything but away from the more frantic areas near Time Square. The housekeeping staff was outstanding. This was our last stop after two months travel, staying at over 2 dozen hotels. The beds here were absolutely the most comfortable! The room had all the amenities o e could want and they very generously replaced water, Nespresso and tea daily. I would happily stay here next time I visit NYC.

Loved EVERYTHING Great and centric location, went with my mother who had an accident on a leg and this place was on the heart of manhattan,which made our experience a comfortable one. so happy of the cleanness of our room and house something that is really important to us and hard to find in this city. also we had a fast responsive and prepared host. the beds are a little tall but the also had a steppers on the plublic area that was perfect to my mother or kids to get to the bed. so glad I found this place. definitely coming back🫶🏼

    It was close to the airport, which is why I chose the location. It had a good range of restaurants and shops in close proximity. The receptionist was pleasant enough. Felt safe and secure.

    Excellent location for exploring NY City close to the subway, plenty of local restaurants , shops and bars. Not so noisy that couldn’t sleep but you are in NY and there drivers love their horns. The car park although small wasn’t busy and was a safe place to leave the car for the length of our stay. Very friendly staff
