The location is close to the Ark Encounter and several restaurants. A lengthy list of local eateries was provided at the front counter without even needing to ask for it. The room was fantastic! High ceilings, soft beds, an excellent television and warm lighting made it feel both homely and modern (in the best sense). The kitchenette was a lovely surprise as well. The breakfast was wonderful and contained so many delicious sweet and savory options. Staff were welcoming and took time to ensure you were taken care of.

    The toilet and sink were clean But there was toothpaste splatter all over the walls and coffee grounds all over microwave and fridge. Lots of “stuff” that felt like crumbs in the floor. We planned on eating the continental breakfast, but the overall look and appeal just did not feel very clean.

    The place was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and amenities were provided. Nice touch were some fresh farm eggs..delicious. Any questions were answered extremely quickly by the host. We were there to visit the Ark and the Creation museum and the location was perfect. Lovely little pond and walking path behind the place. Garage was huge and great for our grand Cherokee. Loved every minute.
