We had the executive family room, we used the lounge a little for a few drinks,2 2x 9yo boy and girl. The facilities exceeded our expectations, clean, spacious and everything you need. Definitely stay again for the right price.

We loved the Baluo Baluo rooms, which are even bigger than we thought. The hosts are very lovely, thoughtful und helpful. When I mentioned that I don't eat meat, they adapted my breakfast accordingly. We also liked their two dogs and had a very pleasant time.

Very good hotel, big room and the bed is comfort. Location is good, walk few minute can reach the jetty and many restaurant nearby. Owner very good to allow we check in early which before 3pm as we carry many luggage and with a baby as well. Can buy the boat ticket from owner, she even discount for us. We take the 30% discount voucher from owner to rent the bicycle from the shop which just next to our hotel. Cycling in sun moon lake is a must!

The owners are very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean, nice and modern. Great view from the window. Every morning, a delicious breakfast is delivered to your door. If you travel with small baby there is even a playroom. Can you ask for more?

Modern and clean room with comfortable beds and good size bathroom. There’s even a snack corner c/w beverages and oats. Service was with a personal touch. They answered my queries b4 I checked in n after I checked out, Joyce even followed up with a wats app that I hv got onto the bus to Alishan. The mother and daughter is superb.

Very nice hotel with beautiful designed rooms, very unique. The host was very friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel is close to the bus stop of Shuishe and it is comfortable to reach by public transport (bus 6670) from Taichung. We really recommend to visit sun moon lake and this hotel.
