Firstly, I was very pleased to meet very polite and helpful members of staff, they were very welcoming and courteous! The room was perfectly clean, there was a plate of fresh fruit as a compliment, clean towels and bed, several bottles of water and everything was just very good! Also I liked the Bosporus tour which the receptionists advised me-there was a transfer from and to the hotel which is really convenient

Originally we selected this hotel because of its location and design. When we arrived to the hotel we got so much more. The personnel was very friendly and was ready to help with information or tips almost 24/7. We got a bigger room than originally booked. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a la card and the view was amazing. On our last day we were able to arrange for a late check-out at no extra cost. Finally, the location was ideal: one could walk to most of the highlights in the area. And the metro station was just around the corner.
