My stay at Venus hotel was excellent. Complimentary breakfast had many choices and was delicious. Room was clean and organized. Sonel at the front desk was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I left my cell phone at checkout area and left the hotel. I was already in the minibus on the way to Denizli. Suddenly, a van pulled up and stopped my minivan. The driver was from Venus hotel and was to return my cell phone. Sonel recognized it was my phone and had the driver chasing after my van to return the phone. I would not be able to continue my trip without the cell phone. I was so touched by the kind act! I did call Sonel thanking him. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Sonel and the driver!

The owner and the whole family were amazing and they also did above and beyond to help us with an issue. Long story short, we lost the keys of our rental car and they've been beside us the whole time helping us! They took us to the south gate to check if we lost them there, then they took care of us with a cake and tea. When the tool truck came the owner also helped us move the car. A wonderful person and wonderful family and also a wonderful room and stay (beside this problem of course). I hope I'll go there again just to thank the owner and his family

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The pictures online accurately reflect the hotel's appearance, and I was pleased to find that it was clean and well-maintained. They packed me some sandwiches because I would miss breakfast when i told them I won't be there due to planned activities. Their willingness to accommodate my needs truly showcased their excellent service. The location is also a major plus, being conveniently situated near key attractions and amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

    Amazing location! 5 min walk to Pamukkale site. The room was very clean and the bathroom as well (and was quite modern). There is a bar with super friendly staff and a lot of restaurants nearby. The breakfast is very good and quite cheap. I would totally recommend this place.

    Very good place for a cheap price. I never stayed at a place with a swimming pool for this price :) The room interior is quite modest and old fashioned, but very clean. The pool was clean and great to use. Location is 5 minuted from the city entry to the Pammukale site, so you can make sure that you arrive there as early as possible. The place is also close to many restaurants and shops.
