Has the feel of one of the big chains but the style and characteristics of an independent hotel. I had a problem with my room, reception offered to swap rooms. In the end, I did this. The location is right in the centre of Menisa. The building is part of a restaurant and café/bar which I did not visit. The rooms are so nice and comfortable, big and spaciouis. Very clean. The person at the reception is so nice, very helpfull and professional. She speaks english very well.
