From the very first step into the hotel, the experience was wonderful! The reception staff, lifeguards, waiters, and the entire team were polite, friendly, and spoke excellent English. Always ready to help and make the stay as comfortable as possible. The sea is just a few steps away from the hotel — the water is crystal clear and the beach is clean and beautiful. The breakfasts are delicious and filling — you definitely won’t leave hungry. There is also a restaurant and bar on site with reasonable prices, perfect for enjoying a tasty meal or a relaxing evening. I will definitely book this hotel again next year!

Apartment just as advertised, everything provided and regular cleaning and towels etc provided. Good location and taxi and bus outside so easy to get around. Near to beach and swimming pool lovley. Best thing was the staff. On arrival we had problem paying taxi and staff really helped us with currency and supported us with impatient taxi driver., not taxi drivers fault . During the week there was a problem withdrawing money from local bank machine. Staff rang bank for my husband and was so helpful and supportive, think this was the owner. All sorted thanks to him Before we left supported with printing boarding passes for the airport think his name is Janner and so helpful and polite . Brilliant customer service all week and sorry I dont know all the names . Really felt safe and nothing was too much trouble no matter what we asked, Fantastic staff. Did.nt have breakfast but it looked good.

The crown jewel of Ilya Part 2 was undoubtedly the outdoor swimming pool. The place was fantastic. Great, huge breakfast. Spotlessly clean. Very kind and welcoming staff, who completely doted on our 9 month old daughter. The location on the quieter end of Gumbet was fine and only a small hike over the hill to a lovely swimming spot that looked into the castle. The pools and the spa were an added bonus. Would highly recommend
