Apartment just as advertised, everything provided and regular cleaning and towels etc provided. Good location and taxi and bus outside so easy to get around. Near to beach and swimming pool lovley. Best thing was the staff. On arrival we had problem paying taxi and staff really helped us with currency and supported us with impatient taxi driver., not taxi drivers fault . During the week there was a problem withdrawing money from local bank machine. Staff rang bank for my husband and was so helpful and supportive, think this was the owner. All sorted thanks to him Before we left supported with printing boarding passes for the airport think his name is Janner and so helpful and polite . Brilliant customer service all week and sorry I dont know all the names . Really felt safe and nothing was too much trouble no matter what we asked, Fantastic staff. Did.nt have breakfast but it looked good.

Whether I needed to catch up on work or share my adventures with friends and family, the reliable and fast internet connection exceeded my expectations. The outdoor terrace at Ilya Part 2 is an absolute gem. It provided me with the perfect spot to relax and unwind while enjoying breathtaking views. Speaking of views, the hotel's location in the 'Ne harika bir manzara' area truly lives up to its name. The panoramic sights of the Aegean Sea stretching out to Kos Island were absolutely mesmerizing. I found myself captivated by the beauty of the surroundings each and every day. The crown jewel of Ilya Part 2 was undoubtedly the outdoor swimming pool. Whether I wanted to take a refreshing dip or simply bask in the sun on the comfortable loungers by the poolside, this luxurious pool became my sanctuary. The crystal-clear waters and immaculate surroundings created an ambiance of pure tranquility. Another highlight of this remarkable hotel is its proximity to Akkan Beach. A mere 600 meters away, this stunning stretch of sandy shoreline provided me with endless opportunities for relaxation and seaside enjoyment. I found myself enchanted by the sound of the waves and the warm embrace of the sun as I soaked up the coastal beauty. The staff at Ilya Part 2 deserves special recognition for their exceptional service. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The hotel was very beautiful, confortable and very clean. It was 3 min away from the beach and in a very animated street with alot of markets, coffees and restaurants. The breakfast was amazing (consistent and delicious). The owners (Jen and her husband) were very kind and helpful. They helped us alot during our stay. We felt like we were at home with Jen taking care of us like we were her children. She even prepared a cake for us to celebrate our freind birthday! Thank you very much Jen for everything you did for us. We definitely would stay at merih butik again when we go back to bodrum!

We had a perfect five night stay at Degirmenburnu Residence. The apartments are very clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. All the appliances and furnishings are modern and in perfect condition. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location was perfect for us. We didn’t have a car but the complex is on the Bardakci dolmus route. The beach is a 10 minute walk, Migros is 15-30 min walk, and the centre of Bodrum is approximately 20-30min walk. There is a gorgeous sunset spot just 5 mins walk from the complex. Highly recommend for a relaxing and quiet stay in Bodrum. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to Bodrum! Thanks all :)

The place was fantastic. Great, huge breakfast. Spotlessly clean. Very kind and welcoming staff, who completely doted on our 9 month old daughter. The location on the quieter end of Gumbet was fine and only a small hike over the hill to a lovely swimming spot that looked into the castle. The pools and the spa were an added bonus. Would highly recommend
