The apartment is very conveniently located with nearby supermarkets, restaurants and only 5 minutes walk from Trabzon’s Forum shopping centre with its restaurants and coffee shops and also only 6 minutes taxi or minibus ride to city centre. The apartment is big with lovely views over the black see, very clean and pleasantly bright with a lovely terrace. The owner is very kind and he is always available for any requests.

Thank you very much, I’m truly impressed! First of all, I’d like to highlight that the cleanliness is of the highest standard! The reception staff is very attentive and professional. The à la carte menu at the restaurant and the food are amazing! The only thing I would suggest improving is the breakfast menu.

I had some work-related stuff to be done in Trabzon. I was worn out after the Trip. I arrived at the hotel and OMG! They were really helpful, they served me with anything I asked for, and I even needed to rent a car, they helped me with that as well! I'd DEFINITELY recommend it if you're going to Trabzon.

Excellent stay,value for money. Check in was very smooth with Hamza who was a real star,kind helpful and very friendly and accomodating. The hotel is very clean ,Room was very spacious with an amazing sea view and a large balcony . The apartment was super clean,spotless ,with a large fridge freezer . The breakfast was a little  basic but good ,and delicious. Hasan who is the hotel manager was also very kind and helpfull. The hotel is close to forum and other amenities. We have  thouroughly enjoyed our stay there. Will definitely recommend to all our friends. A fabulous rating for this hotel is well-deserved indeed .

Hann Otel has a great location in the center of town with loads of cafes and restaurants nearby. The sea view was amazing especially with the large bay windows. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful especially Abdullah at reception who guided us on places to visit in Trabzon. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would return again.

Very nice, well built (good materials used), brand new facility. Extra bonus goes to very friendly, pleasant customer service oriented reception staff. Especially to the gentleman who's working on a day shift. Nothing to complain about a night shift gentleman, but obviously we're dealing more with them on daytime.
