I cannot add anything more positive to say about Dar El Medina that hasn't already been said. But I think special recognition should be given to all the staff I encountered who were friendly, professional and more than willing to give that extra something. This especially applies to Nede, who first checked me in and provided the historical perspective of the building. Also, the chef, Slah, not only cooked me an excellent dinner of fish couscous but talking with him in English was both enlightening and a pleasure. Finally, I wish to give extra mention to the awesome breakfast that was provided by a smiling Safa every morning. Not only was the breakfast delicious but also extremely filling. I would surely return to Dar El Medina given a chance.

It was an amazing place to stay, very beautiful and authentic. The host couple were very helpful and friendly. The location is absolutely perfect. Rooms were clean. We asked for transportation service and used it during all our stay in Tunis. I enjoyed staying in the house very much and highly recommend it.

The apartment is excellent 👌 the only think is one toilet for three rooms but it wasn't a big think. Very clean place, very very close to Medina and the host was very kind and he responded to any message we sent him. I liked a lot the apartment.

We had an amazing stay at El Patio. Ahmed, Basma and her sister were extremely kind, helpful and contributed to make our vacation in Tunisia exceptional. Ahmed in particular gave us a lot of tips to help us discover hidden places in the Medina and we really appreciated having him around. The place is cozy and has a nice familiar vibe. The staff are kind, helpful, and always available they really make you feel at home .The energy and vibes are amazing, everything was perfect. The atmosphere is great, and the location is calm yet close to the city center, with easy access to everything. There’s already a plug-in mosquito device, but adding removable mosquito nets would be a perfect solution for the next summer season. The photos don’t do this place justice ,and don’t show haw great the vibes, you have to visit to truly feel how good the energy is there 🥰

Absolutely beautiful little spot. Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even coming out at midnight to help find us in the souk warren on arrival. The rooms and spaces have so much character and the breakfast was a lovely way to start the day. The location is ideal for exploring Tunis and is a little oasis amongst the wonderful chaos. Only regret not being able to stay longer.

It was exactly like the pictures. The owner is super sweet and left us drinks in the fridge (we also returned the favor at the end of our stay). He lives under the apartment and is easily contactable, super helpful too. gorgeous interior.
