The place was perfectly located to the Old Town (5 min walk) which is what we were looking for. in addition, the family-owned staff could not do enough to ensure our stay was pleasant. Impeccably clean and well managed.

The staff were really nice. The organized a taxi for us to drive to the pier. The air conditioning on the room we booked (Air) was broken, but they gave us another room with an extra bed (fire) which was even better for us. The air conditioning was the best ones we had in Thailand- not to hot and not to cold. Clean, every day we got fresh drinking water. The location is perfect. In the old town but in a small street - there is a market with street food there that opens until 17.00 o’clock, next to it a durian shop (everything you can wish made with durian) and at the corner a very famous “Thai pancake” street food vendor.

I liked the privacy and trust by BAAN 125. We felt like we were staying in our own appartment without constant bother by other guests or staff. Cleaning staff were giggly and very helpful, hotel staff communicated via WhatsApp and they were very helpful even i boiled on a wrong date one night they accommodated our needs by offering hotel room last minute action.     it was very clean with a good location, I have paid similar prices for other properties and usually when it’s on the cheaper side, they tend to scrimp on cleanliness which was definitely not the case. modern furniture and not dated, good value for money. staff were friendly.
