The property is indeed up the hill but it is definetly not bad walking up and the view is stunning :) It is super clean, very quiet and fully equiped. The rooms are huge and beds comfortable. They have fresh water, ear buds, soups, coffee, body products, books and so on for free. They cleaned the bed and replaced the towel.

The best of this hostel is 100% the staff, they are the most kind, welcoming and friendly people I have ever met in Thailand so far. They were always making sure everything in the hostel was clean and good to make our stay the most comfortable and pleasant. Also, we took the sunset tour they sell and it was amazing and we absolutely recommend to take that tour if you are planning to stay in Phi Phi as you don’t need to stay in the hostel to buy it, you just need to talk with the kind lady at the reception and buy it there, if you want to see Maya bay not crowded definitely do this tour with them.

Everything is brand new. The water heaters for the showers are digital and work fantastically. Everything is tiled and clean. Brand new toilets for a brand new hostel. The beds are pods, giving incredible privacy. The mattress was comfortable. The best thing was the manager. He made me feel at home, offering me bread and cookies and coffee. Even when I felt uncomfortable because of sand from the beach, he said don't worry, it can be cleaned. There is hot and cold filtered water. Because of the structure of the pods, it's pretty isolated from outside noise, which is important on phi phi. The location is good, close to the centre but not in too crazy an area.

Staff was so so nice and friendly the room was probably the best hostel I have stayed in over the last 2 months. Was clean, tidy, and modern. You get two showers and 3 bathrooms per room which is nice. Little noisy as your in the centre but that’s usual for a hostel.

Arriving at the hotel is already a show! They offer a free service to pick you up from the pier as soon as you arrive on the island. The place is a paradise, a dream, a movie set! Breakfast is buffet style, with a variety of Asian and Western foods. Our room was large, clean, well maintained and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located on Long beach, you can pay a taxi boat to go to the center (100 bath during the day, 150 bath at night or 200 bath after midnight) We prefer to use the trail through the jungle which lasts from 20 to 30 minutes and it's a charm. The path of the trail is all along the coast, so you can see the sea in some parts of the route, at night there is street lighting and we did this route every day and only used the taxi boat 2 times while we were staying at the hotel. The restaurant food is very delicious!! We had fish with garlic and pepper that was the best I've had in my life. When we go to Phi Phi again we want to stay in this hotel again, I highly recommend it, it's a paradise!!

The rooms are little huts in spread over a big area, so it feels like having your own house in the jungle and not like a hotel. They are very highly equipped and the hotel is far from the party place of the island, so ideal if you want to escape the crowds a bit.
