I really enjoyed my stay at LiveZen! The staff is great, they were very welcoming and they recognized me when I came back a couple weeks later. Every time I came home they were super outgoing and friendly. The room was excellent, too. Plus it had a washer/dryer in the unit which was a nice bonus. The bed was firm and comfortable. The refrigerator was full sized. The wifi was fast. The location is excellent, near Phrom Phong sky train station and a ton of great cafes.

It’s very clean, location is top, has small kitchenette and it’s really quite despite the fact that the main road is nearby. Reception is organized that you open the door yourself which is very comfortable. And the price compared to other properties in this area is very acceptable

The location is just walking distance from Phrom Phong BTS - easy access to Siam malls, Terminal 21, Victory Monument & Chatuchak. Another best part is - Michelin pork noodle Rung Rueang is just 1 min walk away opposite the hotel. Very clean room & toilet - spacious too, true to the photos. The washer/dryers were very convenient. Easy for grab drivers to park as there are allocations of space. Receiptionists were all very helpful to accommodate our luggage storage after check out.

excellent breakfast although limited choice. Coffee was good too. very clean room and toilets. very friendly reception and cafeteria service was excellent. location quite close to Phrom Phong BTS skytrain station- 10 mins walking distance.

The hotel was very clean, even at the common areas. You can say it's spotless.... I also like the on site Jolie cafe. You can really feel that Chef Jam has put in a lot of thoughts in her dishes. Worth giving it a try...The cafe is also good for photographs
