Nice spacious room, with smart TV. Free coffee in the morning and microwave you could use. Parking next to the room. Staff didn't speak English, but they did help us get a taxi, as Grab doesn't work as it's pretty rural.

The owner and his wife and daughter were as helpful and friendly as it was possible to be and went out of their way to provide an excellent breakfast and advice on local sightseeing. Service is good-the owners are very thoughtful and they even helped us get a ride back to the station We had a hearty meal (with a large variety of thai cuisine) for breakfast plus fruits and thai snacks for dinner Room is clean -we even had the chance to choose where we want to stay The environment is quiet so sleeping is not a problem Room has AC and electric fan and strong hot water The place has a very cute and fun design The location is also good-near the main road and close to the floating market -you can even watch the boats pass by

Everything is very clean. They have a very beautiful Italian style courtyard and the facades. Also they have a nice coffee house in the middle of the courtyard which is very cute. They have a family tree of the house owners which is a very good hotel now. A stunning view to the river and some temples on the other bank of the river. The service was great, they are really welcoming! The only hotel I would recommend to stay in Phetchaburi.
